"When my mom stopped breathing and was unconscious in Nashville today a women officer knew just what to do. I wish I had her number to thank her myself. Her first name was April and she was an angel and kept her breathing until the ambulance came and even called. I don't usually leave reviews but I cry every time I think of it. No one else knew what to do. Watch your elders. Heat stroke is so so real"

"The experience I have had with this company, has been nothing short of excellence. The leadership lead by example. If you have a question they will give or find an answer for you in a timely manner. You are not forgotten or ignored.
You have a true open door policy, with company posting board. It is a professional space and to be treated as such, they understand cause the leadership still fills posts. There is no problem without resolution at this company long as you communicate in a timely manner of problems that arise.
Customer service that I have seen is a balance of ensuring 100-% positive experience by providing professional personnel.
I have never seen any one ignore any issue that I have requested assistance from management.

"On time and very professional. Very experienced security personel ranging from unarmed, armed, and off duty police. As well as traffic control. These guards are not mall cops just looking to get a paycheck. These guards are highly trained individuals who genuinely care the protection of persons and property."
